Continue your wellness journey with personalized ongoing support. This follow-up session allows me to review your progress, refine your natural wellness plan, and address any new questions or concerns.

In our 30-45 minute appointment, we will:

Discuss how you’ve been feeling since our last session
Evaluate the effectiveness of your current recommendations
Adjust your holistic plan as needed (nutrition, lifestyle, herbal support, stress management, etc.)
Provide additional educational guidance and practical tools to help you stay on track
Optional add-ons (such as updated meal plans) can be discussed and arranged during your session.
